After steaming, the tea leaves are carefully rolled and shaped while their moisture is gradually reduced.
This process helps create the tea's distinctive fine shape while developing its aroma and flavour.
Final Drying & Roasting
The leaves are slowly dried to achieve the perfect moisture level before being carefully finished.Depending on the tea variety, gentle roasting may be used to create deeper aromas while preserving the tea's natural quality.
